Withdrawal and return
Everyone can make mistakes! In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the products to return them to the Seller for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete items are not taken back or refunded.
Return costs will be at your expense.
To make your return, please contact customer service who will give you the return address.
Your item must have its tag and be in perfect condition.
Please enclose your delivery note with your item and keep the tracking number.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt by DRAEGER of the returned items.
